Kyle, Bristol's Mr Gay England 2021 finalist has produced this video for us to wish us all a happy  Bristol Pride but to remember the mental health challenges that we all can face.

Kyle was born with a deformed hand so for him mental health has always been important to him due to life challenges he’s had to face. For Kyle, a key piece of great mental health is being able to recognise when you need to ask for support, that we are all unique in our own way and to love that about ourselves. Being happy within yourself is a crucial part of being successful not only in life but as a person. Take your mental health and well-being seriously.
