What kind of therapy do you offer

We’ve brought together of a team of highly trained and experienced therapists, counsellors, psychologists and mindfulness practitioners with lived experience or strong links to the LGBTQ+ Community.

The team was carefully chosen to reflect a diverse range of training and approaches in order to offer a holistic approach to helping our clients, from traditional 1-1 talking therapy and group work to dance therapists and meditation.

We also have the unique capacity to provide a team-based approach to healing if our clients want to take a holistic and multi-pronged approach to their journey.
